Those Metrinch tools are pretty good. I picked up a set on clearance at Sears. They actually do work great on metric and SAE sizes and are very high quality. The only problem they have is that, if you are tight on space, they can require a bit more swinging room than a 12-point wrench.

The "California Duster" and "California Water Blade" are also good products.

I'd steer clear of any questionable "miracle chemicals," though. How can you tell if they really work? Anyone remember Didi-7 from about 10 years ago? My mom bought some at a car show...CRAP...didn't do anything. Oxy-Clean? Are you serious? D-Snore? C'mon.

I think most of those infomercial people sell their products with "money-back guarantees", knowing that they are total crap, and banking on the fact that a large portion of people who order stuff on infomercials are too lazy to return the products.
