A car that sits that long IS going to have problems, period. Condensation in the gas tank (corrosion in the fuel system), seeping seals and gaskets, flat spotted tires, etc. The list goes on and on. Just make sure you have the mechanical aspect of the car thoroughly inspected. An E30 M3 with that low of miles is very valuable though. If it turns out good, go for it!
