The PPPP indicates a coding problem.

One solution is to disconnect the battery for a few minutes then try again. If that doesn't work, disconnect the battery, touch the positive cable to the negative cable (the car's cables), then reconnect battery and try again.

I guess first I would unplug the fuses for the OBC, wait a few minutes and try again. There should be two, one is the correct one, just disconnect both to be sure. I think #21 is the correct one, not sure though.
