I don't think is necessarily an EVO part but I am pretty sure it's a convertible part. Not sure if it was only M3 convertibles or any convertible but I am pretty sure it's not EVO.

Try asking the dealership for the part #...(a tedious task from my experiences as most of the time they don't know if you're even talking about a BMW :(

You're right the front strut tower brace plates are only used originally on E30 cabrios. The part numbers for those are 41 14 1 943 223 (left) and 224 (right). The Evo III hood seals are 51 71 2 223 121 (left) and 122 (right). The braces are about $24 each and the hood seal are about $19.00 each.
