I've done this month's ago!!!

Take the entire front strut housing out!!!
compress front springs, use a grinder to cut off
the factory spring perch, then weld the steel 2.5"
ground control plate they give you!! onto the strut... The instruction manual says it all!!!

The aluminum top hats at ground control's web site look different than what I think they gave me. Here are the pics to compaire


now the little washers in the bag, are those what your telling me to weld? I would like more info becuase ground control didn't give me any instructions.
