Lee, I am pretty sure that the cases are somewhat different. Not sure about the rest of it but if you looked at the recent 02 board speedo mod for a 265 you may have noticed that the tranny mount is at the rear and there is only one. On the M3 tranny I am getting for my 02 it has two and they are not at the very rear but on the sides.
