Try opening the bleeder valve to realease the pressure, just re-bleed the brake after you put the it back together.

Yes, I've tried this... unfortunately nothing changes, the piston is still stuck. I'll try using more force on the clamp. If something happens I'll let you guys know.

this is a long shot but you can't loose from trying I suspect that the piston came out of the cylinder completely and when you try to clamp it it was not straight. try spreeding the load of the clamp on the piston. goodluck
