wow , have your oil pressure checked at idle hot you may have a low oil pressure problem. the tensioner usually isnt a problem once it has filled after startup

Seems to be a much discussed topic. My tensioner was replaced @ 44K. I am currently at 56K and rattling occurs sometimes at idle at operating temperature. Dissipates after approximately 30 seconds. Rattling rarely occurs at start up. Any thoughts or suggestions here? Time to replace tensioner again? Rails? TIA, Dave.
