I never let the dealer touch my cars unless it is a warranty issue, but I have had great dealings with Bill Jacobs, Perillo absolutely sucks, their prices always seem 20% higher, I think they are confused by the CCA discount...instead of a decrease they increase!! Patrick tried to screw me out of cd-changer I had installed in a leased 95 525, when I turned the car in...they wanted the changer and tried to charge me for it since I had removed it from the car. The guy said, "This car is supposed to have a changer in the trunk, I said no here is the receipt for the changer I bought after the lease was signed!"
