Yes you can...and it will work with the bilstein sports as that is my setup.
Talk to Jay at GC and he will recommend a spring setup for you. I have 450lb front and 550lb rear, as a few of my friends have that.
Yes is it a bolt on job, although you have the option of welding part of it on for better support.
If you want to lower the car alot, you may have to cut the top of the strut, where it supports the stock springs, but once you do this, you cannot use stock springs again, unless you get a whole new strut housing.
