I think the MSRP on the coupe was around $80 000. I know a couple of my customers are thinking of getting one so hopefully I'll get a chance to drive one soon.

Hey Anthony, I hope you're enjoying your ///M. Do you know what Vancouver Auto, Autowest or Jessel will be asking in CDN$? I'm especially curious about dealer added markup. Most people here in the States have reported $8000 to $10,000 USD markup over sticker!

I hope you are well.

Kevin

Of course I am biased but I still think the E30 M3 is the best looking car of the M3 series. I saw the new E46 M3 today at the Vancouver auto show and the car just does nothing for me. Sure it looks mildly more aggressive than the E46 coupe but loose the side vents and the two cars look way to similar for my tastes. BMW even did away with the double spoked side mirrors which I thought made a nice ///M trademark.

With all the reviews raving about how this car drives I guess I expected a more aggressive looking car. The engine didn't even have the M Power lettering on it, just a small M badge.

Just goes to show that like the McLaren F1, the Porsche 959, the Ferrari 250 GTO our cars are truly classics aren't they?
