There are two screws under the slot covers where the hazard and defrost switches are. Pry the covers off and remove the screws. There are also screws under the three bar sliders that direct the air. You will have to remove all the knobs and pry off the plastic cover and repove the four screws. Remember to remove the knobs for the temp and fan control. You should be able to remove thepanel now. Good luck.

remove the panel that has the heating, airflow, and fan speed controls on it. I need to fix a burnt out bulb but cant seem to find a way to remove it, and my friend is borrowing my manual.

any help appreciated,
