NO!! a factory e39 wheel 8" inch wide is usually a 20mm offset. No spacer required only mod you need to do is to modify the anti rattle clip. This was covered a few weeks ago on the board. What is left of those post are at the very bottom of the postings. Hope this helps

Also, do I need any sort of special hub centric ring due the different bore sizes between the E30 M3 wheels and the E39 wheels? I was checking the archives, and read that I would need these rings to fit on the wheels. Where can I get these?
