When I realized the fan was not working I assumed it was the fan switch because I had just installed the wire repair kit less than six months ago. After installing the new switch the fan still dosent work. I tried using a jumper wire and when doing that kn the low setting you ca hear the fuse box making a little noise as if it was giving the fan some power but the fan dosent spin. Then when I switch the jumper wire to the high setting the fuse box makes the same noise and the fan begins to spin but only for about 1 second before the fuse blows. Could this be the fan itself or possibly a ground somewhere gone bad? Any help is greatly appriciated since summer is coming and the car will be needing the fan soon. What you have been hearing in the fuse box
is your fan speed relay the clicking sound tells
you your relays are OK. most likely it's the fan motor that is bad or not getting the juice from the relay there is something wrong with the wire between relay to the fan motor or toyour resistor. try checking to see if current is present on those wire when you turn your Ignition to on if is blowing a fuse this is an indication of a short to ground. goodluck
