Today while on the highway my radiator started leaking and emptied out completely. The engine temp never got over the three line mark but the engine was sputtering and it had no power. I didn't want to leave the car stranded somewhere so I drove it home. Can this damage anything on the engine?

I hope you're joking, that was a dumb idea. Anytime you loose all oil or all coolant you should shut down the motor and attempt to save it.

Who knows what you did to it, definitely overheated it in many spots. Good luck.
