Today while on the highway my radiator started leaking and emptied out completely. The engine temp never got over the three line mark but the engine was sputtering and it had no power. I didn't want to leave the car stranded somewhere so I drove it home. Can this damage anything on the engine?

and what the hell were you thinking to drive her home? I know these motors can take some abuse, like ive heard of people driving with no oil pan for like 15miles, but you most likely hurt her. throw some coolant back in there and you tell us if you damaged her. best of luck
