Today while on the highway my radiator started leaking and emptied out completely. The engine temp never got over the three line mark but the engine was sputtering and it had no power. I didn't want to leave the car stranded somewhere so I drove it home. Can this damage anything on the engine?

I dont want to add to your worry, but
if you said that it loss power while
you were driving it,is an indication may be you got her realy hot that it was starting to zeised on you. I just hope that was not the case
