Possibly Selling 88 M3, (more) (archive)

I might have to sell my 88 M3. I need more room and really cant afford the car. Diamond Black/ Black Leather. Lighted Shift Knob. Rubber Mats. Had Red Evo Stripe put in Bumpers. Bought car in August 2000 and since have had following work performed.

-Timing Chain Replaced
-Replaced Head Gaskets
-Replaced Oil Pan Gaskets
-New Right side window motor
-New right and left side window switches
-New Sway bar Mounts
-New O-Rings around oil pump.
-New Spark Plugs
-Mobil 1
-New turn signal bulbs all the way around
-Just put on new alternator bushings
-Have all new belts, still need to put on though.
-Sony In-Dash CD player.

Things that need to be worked on:
-Ac recharge
-Need flew coupling between trans and drive shaft replaced- about $300, leaves a little spot of oil on floor.
-Front foglight bulb.

Mileage when purchased was 102,100, now about 106,200.
-The previous owners girlfriend was backing up and merged into the passenger side a few years ago. Everything was replaced and repaired but wanted to let you know. Painted bubbled slightly by rear window., and seems to be bubbling a little near windshield.

I love this car and it really hurts to probably have to sell it, i need something a little bigger and cant afford to run an E30. I fly helicopters and it really drains my wallet, sho I have to let the M go. My passion is these cars and when I get a little richer I will buy another one.

The car looks good but does have a few dings, no paint loss though. I was going to put it on ebay but decided to let everyone hear know first. I am asking around $7000, open to offers though.
