When removing the tint from my windows, I just pulled the tint off and then used a razor blade and some adhesive remover to get rid of the glue. No problem. However, because of the defroster, this technique was no good on removing the glue from the rear window. What I found worked best was the adhesive remover and a scrub pad for cleaning dishes. Soak the pad in the adhesive remover and scrub like hell. WARNING: be very careful that the pad you use won't scratch the glass. I accidently got a pad that my wife uses for stripping furniture mixed in with the dish-scrubbing pads I was using (they looked identical), and I scratched up a part of the rear window before I realized what I had done. Any advice for removing scratches from glass?
