Thanks for the input! The catalog shows 88-91 318/325/m3...I will confirm when I order today. I'm so torn with this issue right now because I really do want the smoked lenses but I've had bad luck with MHW in the past. I just wish I could source a set of Hellas. I also think the OEM lenses look pretty sharp and correct on the car...sigh.

The ones on their site say 88-91 E30 but the 318/325 had different lights in 88 than in 91. I'm not sure when they changed but the pictures look like the later style which would not fit the M3.

You should make sure they will fit so you don't have to send them back. Any tail light that fits the M3 or an 88 318/325, should fit all the way back to 1984 so the 88-91 statement and the picture make me question them.

I am ordering the smoked Hella DE headlights, MHW front indicators and MHW rear lamps from them tomorrow. They say that Hella does not make the rear lamps anymore and that the only thing available is MHW. Anybody have the MHW rears, if so what do you think of the quality? I have had poor experience with the stuff for VW :(

What brand of rear lamps do you have? I am trying to find an old set of Hellas but to no avail on this side of the pond. The only thing I have found is MHW, I'm not as crazy about the quality and the reverse light is horizontal. Thanks for any info you can provide...your car is fantastic!!!
