I'm told it is in good shape and it has all maintance records.

What should I look out for and what do you think it is worth?

Any timing chain work. If there are no records of any work being done related to the timing chain, this is something that you will need to do and it will run you about $2000 total. Also check the records for smaller things like if the water pump has been replaced. What about the suspension? If all original, expect to spend over $1000 here for new shocks, control arms, bushings, etc. Also check to see if the clutch is still original. Good Luck!
