Well guys,
I am almost 16 and finally have some money to get the car out of the garage. My dad is paying for a new 2.5L engine from Checca and I can do whatever else I want to the car for $2400. I definitely am going to get the JC chip and a SS exhaust and muffler. I am curious to what I want to do b/c there is so many things I could do. The things I have in mind are.......:

1.)Recaro leather SRD's.
2.)SSR Competition Wheels
3.)Evo 3 Front bumper or Evo3 rear spoiler.
4.)Ground control suspension.
5.)Brembo Big Brake Kit
6.)??????

What do you reccomend I do? Get one of my choices above or what other mods do you think would make a big difference?
Please help me choose! Thanx

I'm 18, and got my M3 when I was 16, I did a bunch of mods here and there, but now I'm spending money on tracks not the car itself. it's great to come back from the track then scare the piss out of your girlfriend when you hit a corner twice as fast as she would think of going.

if your serous about having $2400, id go to a skip barber school or something like that, you will learn much more about your car than any mod can do.

1)recaro's - unless your stock seats are trashed, you don't need to replace them, the give good enough support.
2)those are good wheels, but again the stock rims will be faster on the track (that is if you go)
3)look cool, but don't do anything unless you go over 100mph (I want the front spoiler too)
4)Ground control - I have it and love it, but i have way more suspension mods that need to be done to get it to handle as good as the stock system did. you see w/ the stock setup everything was balanced well, you throw something else in and that screws up the geometry of everything else.
5)big brakes - unless you track the car, the stock brakes are more than what your tires can handle. if you feel that you can't stop the M3 fast enough, get better tires with a larger contact patch. I have sticky tires and when the brakes and tires are warm, passengers have to peel there eyeballs from my winshield when i give the car a good hard brake.
6)Drivers school, that is by far the best thing for your money

Have I made my point yet?
