I'm not questioning the install, but the supercharger itself, plus the reliablility of the car afterwards. I don't have any first hand experience on the SC, but from what I hear, its not good.

From what I hear a 2.5 (well built) can last a long time. Where a supercharger on the motor can be unreliable and be just a big plain P.I.T.A.

I hear what you're saying, but how much of a PITA could it be if it's setup and installed correctly? It would really have to be a big PITA to warrant spending at least twice as much for a 2.5 conversion wouldn't you say?
