There is really no such thing as a bent frame modern cars. Either the ENTIRE car is straight or it isn't. The car is a buch of stamped sheet-metal pieces welded together. If you "bend the frame", you have to cut and weld new pieces to fit and/or put the car on an alignment rack and coerce the metal back into place. All of those welds will rust over time. Rust is like cancer to a car.
If you can see the car, drive it, and have it thoroughly inspected by a qualified shop, then put down an offer. If you can' do all of these, don't even consider buying that car. It's incredibly easy to buy a money pit.
