There is a BMW part that APPEARS to be a rebuild kit. It is listed as:
Gasket set hydro steering: p/n 32 13 1 132 798
"only in conjunction with"
set mounting parts: p/n 32 13 1 132 799

BMW re-mfg rack: p/n 32 13 2 225 556

Check with a KNOWALGEABLE (if one exists) parts person at your BMW dealer. Best I can do...
