My local shop tested one on there e30 and they LOVED IT.. yet they also lost the motor when the over reved the motor and it ran lean and kaboom!! They told me that the problem with the setup was the FMU(fuel mang. sys.). they are mechanical on e30's, and on the e36 they are maps uploaded to the ecu.. so here is the down fall of the e30 supercharger.. I am working on finding a company that makes a FMU that is based on either the PSI going through the intake manifold or possibily using the machanical FMU for some dyo runs to make a map of the fuel and air mix and mix it up with some stock software.. this is all just a thought I have in my head.. yet I REALY like boost and will one day have the suped e30 m3 also!!
