Water leak - where from? (archive)

Any ideas on this guys? Havent been able to look myself yetr, and just got back from a weeks`� holiday - 400 miles of driving in the brum brum (///M).

Anyway while on holiday I washed the car twice using a hose pipe to rinse. After the first time i washed it I noticed my passenger side footwell had water in it and I couldnt see where it had come from. I had been washing the arches and washing the underside of the car and thought maybe it seeped though there somewhere.
The second time I washed it I just washed the body and took a look inside. Water was dripping down the side of the center console into the passenger side footwell? Any ideas where its leaking in?

It rained one day and no fresh water appeared, but it does only seem to leak in when hosing down? I`m currently thinking the vents near the wipers or the windscreen, or maybe even water is getting under the hood and leaking through the bulkhead?. Whatever it is it seems to leak when a high flow of water is directed onto it (not like rain).
