My brake fluid is leaking from resorvior.
Can I just get only resorvior or do I have to buy whole brake master cylinder assembly?

Suggest you double check and make sure it is not the fluid supply tube for the clutch.

I was leaking brake fluid, but couldn't figure out where the leak was from as I had inspected all the brakes.

The culprit turned out to be the hose that supplies fluid to the clutch.
