All E30M3 S-14 motors have a stock baffle in them but they still have an oil starvation problem on "long" right hander's ,usually track cars with sticky tires .many after market suppliers offer an enhanced baffle (all's they do is make the stock baffle taller ) works ok for most track situations (you have to remove the lower pan to see if this has been done). BMW motorsports has the ultimate fix its a larger lower pan (runs completly across from frame rail to frame rail transverse) it has three baffles with trap doors and allows up to 7 or 8 qts of oil (not sure how on quantity)and cost's mega $$$$$1099 and you cannot have A/C on the car as the fits in where the compressor is on the motor. so if you have a pan that is as wide as the distance from frame rail to frame rail you have the ultimate pan
