recently I have replaced my fan clutch and fan switch. when driving at normal speeds on highway in 70 deg weather the water temp was over the half way mark does that seem normal. It seems to me that the 60 mile per hour winds should cool the radiator and engine off enough to keep it below the half way piont and the low fan setting shouldnt have to kick on. Could this be a water pump not cycling water through the radiator fast enough. How can you test your water pump without taking it off the car. T.I.A.
