Replacing rear window: any advice? (archive)

I'm going to have the rear window replaced in my 89 M3, and I'm worried the glass people (who probably don't have any specific knowledge of E30 M3's) won't do it right. I know the rear window is bonded in place to give the car more rigidity, but I'm not completely clear on how this is done. Any information or advice would be appreciated. I want to make sure the glass people put the window in correctly.
