I've got 15A fuses in each of the sides and they have been running fine for a month or two now. I had been using twenty but dropped it down because 15 seemed to do the job.

Is the TMS kit plug and play, or is it a standard HID bulb that requires a like work with the dremel tool on the ellipsoid housing?
