haha...how do I set the value on my human torque wrench?

Do you know if turner sells these backing separately? Do they just pop over the regular HID bulb back or do you take that one off?

The only problem with the actual install is fitting on the backing on to the bulb. I just pushed and turned with some force, maybe .25 human hp with .10 human torqe?
