It comes with the Xenon kit. YOu get the 2 phillips igniter/balasts 2 wires with the new backing attached and 2 bulbs. You attach the part that went on the back of the orig. bulb into the igniter box. Just like adding a illegal cable box, just no Sopranos! Shinto!
