Let me screw-up so you don't have to! Just a suggestion? I'll probably need to upgrade relays ( maybe dual?) and upgrade wiring?

You know, Bavarin AutoSport has a HID conversion with upgraded pieces for $900! I'll call to see how much for the pieces that I need.
Here:
The kit includes two ballasts, 2 starters, 2 bulbs, 1 quick-connect (for powering up on ignition) and 1 relay/ wiring harness. Installation is a simple matter of attaching the ballasts with the included hardware or Velcro strips, replacing your low beam bulbs with the xenon bulbs (you'll have to bend a couple of small metal prongs with pliers) and making 3 easy wiring connections.
As for the ignition of these bulbs there is probably 1/2 a second wait before ignition! Pretty quick!
