open cone filter to evo airbox (archive)

My car has one of these open air K&N cone filters on it since I bought it, and I want to replace it with the real evo airbox setup. Does anyone know if there is a kit that includes everything I need? I have nothing ... so I will need the lower part of the airbox, the upper half, the horn and whatever else is involved.
