Do not forget the crappy roads and rusty cars in Chraleston. Last year i was on vacation and happened to stumble across one, underneath and in the trunk it was covered in rust. If any eveidence of rust fixed or not the value of that car should not be that much. You have to think if it was reapired correctly, if not then it is still spreading. Just my $.02 and previous experience

It's a 1990, white over tan car that is currently for sale. They are asking $19950 because it is claimed to have only 41xxx miles. The Carfax is clean but showed 23xxx miles by 1992, so 41xxx seems somewhat suspect. Owner also reports several minor rust spots repaired, which again doesn't sound like a 'garage queen' (although it spent some time in Florida, where I supose sea air could have played a part).

Anyway, if anyone knows anything about this car I'd love to hear what it is. I've decided I love these things in white, so I'm looking for a white low mile example (no black interiors). I will have an 89 Red/Tan with 95xxx miles for sale at a reasonable price when I find my 'heart's desire.' Any help appreciated.
