Mine bolted right on!! There are two bolt holes on the top of the stress bar (where it bolts to the strut towers) and one on the lip that goes down the inside of the strut tower. Some people drill a hole in their strut tower to put a bolt in this third hole. Most stress bars only use two bolts per side so I feel comfortable only using 2 out of the 3 holes. Someday I'll drill a hole and tack weld a nut inside the strut tower for a third bolt but I really don't need to.

Folks are mentioning that this stress bar does not fit properly out of the box. Has anyone bought one of these and had it fit with no modification? Could it be that you need to lift the car and take the pressure off of the front suspension for proper installation of the bar?

Thanks and take care.
