Over time, the towers sag together on primarily street-driven cars. Every time I've put one on an M3, I had to jack up one corner of the car to get the towers to spread about 1/4". That's it. Even the Racing Dynamics bar (two different bars, two different cars) I had to jack them up to get the towers to spread. I use the stock jack on one of the front jack points. Easy as pie.

I looked up rivet-type nuts to use for the third hole, but no luck so far. I've tried mcmaster-carr.com and some other site. You could braze/weld a nut inside the fender well. I've also thought about using JB Weld, but that may break off over time. We'll see.
