Where the cable attaches to the top of the air plenum you can adjust the idle by turning the bolt in the end of the cable. Do it while the car is running and when you hear it come down check your tach to find it around 850rpm. If you come down too low you may get a very rough idle. I'm sure there is an instrument to tune this precisely but it's not really necessary on the street.hth.
