Thats a really good question Jason. I decided to take a conservative approach. Mainly reliability reasons. Since the cylinders in M3 block are saimesed, cracking could occur in the block. I wanted to have an engine that would last 200k plus hard miles. The factory EVO engines had re-inforced blocks, I figured for a reason. Plus I was hoping a little less weight on the pistons would help keep the revvy nature of our motors even with the stroker motor.

Hopefully I'll get the car on the dyno after breakin and I can post some numbers. It was running at 175hp at the wheels before the mods.
