of a sealant. I bought my last car used from a dealership and they promised to redye the seats as part of the deal. When they were done, they looked like new. The dye fills-in the cracks and scuffs. I'm not sure what's all involved in doing it, but I know people on some of the other boards have done it themselves. HTH
