Doing an entire interior make over. All Natur peices removed and replaced with factory black leather peices evo3 spec.(different pattern). I got all the peices from a nearby dealer. It wasn't as expensive as I thought. When I had a mazda truck they wanted $1100. The bimmer has twice as much carpet but is less than half that price. Hope this helps. NOTE: if you aare considering doing it take everything out yourself than just have someone install the carpet. When I had mine out I sanitized it(don't know what the previous owner might have spilled) and cleaned off the cosmoline. Also if you ever had a heater core failure the water has to go somewhere. Looks like mine failed on the previous owner. No rust anywhere just a 1/16 x 1/16 dab on the base of the accelerator.
REPEAT: don't install carpet yourself!!!!

P.S carpet looks awsome and the black contrasts great with red evo spec seat belts!!

Sorry about the pain that you went through but I would like to know what kind of carpet you used and where did you get it? Also does it look good? Thanx!
