It was Donington, it just goes to show how crap so called fast road pads are. I have two sets of pads, one for track days and one for road use.
My track day pads are probably good for one or two more track days and they are nearly a year old. Disks are a different matter, hard pads are not too kind to the disks, hopefully my brake duct kit will sort that out.

At the end of the day tyres, brake pads, disks, are all consumables. Use them while you can before the do gooders stop us all enjoying ourselves.........
Roops.

holey crap. How many corners were on the track? 1000? 8-).

Sod track days then! I think i might just do a few parade laps instead (ha ha ha ha)

Depends what you are doing with the car. I have seen a set of EBC pads last 1 track day session, from new to backing plate in 20 minutes !!!!!

However, if you drive normally (can you do that in an M3.....) I would expect slightly below average wear, probably 4-6K miles.

Roops.
