Hmm. Jimmy may not be everyone's favorite person for a number of reasons, but I have never ever heard him called a thief or a con. I have purchased items from him before and was very happy with the transaction. Once, in fact, he got an item wrong and one very friendly and apologetic phone call later, everything was sorted out and a replacement was on the way with $5 CASH to cover return postage of the other item.

Before bashing a person in public, I would suggest trying to resolve the problem like an adult first. If the problem simply cannot be resolved then by all means, order a truckload of manure to be delivered to his front lawn, put a few gallons of dishwashing liquid in his pool, kidnap and shave his dog.... whatever makes you happy. Just exhaust all reasonable means first.

Take care and good luck.

Don't buy anything from Jimmy Wu-he sent me a 10c plastic grocery bag with the Williams F1 logo when I won the $15 bid on a BMW F1 Williams bag. What a con artist!
