Judging by your "0" feedback, I can tell that you're clueless to this eBay thing. After bidding begins, the seller cannot change anything on the auction page. They can add comments at the end of the page, but additions are clearly marked by a tag like this "On Jun-08-01 at 22:36:38 PDT, seller added the following information:" This tag is added by eBay and cannot be removed or altered by the seller. There is nothing of the sort on Jimmy's auction page to indicate that it was altered at any time.

Before you came along, Jimmy had 179 satisfied customers and no negative feedback. That says a great deal right there. I think Jimmy is an OK guy, but I'm not defending him personally or his auctions. I am just sorry that people like you have to come along and ruin the eBay experience for all of us other sellers and buyers alike. It is because of people like you that I am adopting a screening policy of new/zero feedback bidders on my auctions. Many sellers won't even accept bids from people with less than 3 positive feedback entries. Good luck getting anyone to take a chance on you with -1 feedback.

You may Look at the bright side. At least from now on, you will know to do your research and ask questions before placing bids.

No I am not 14 and FYI the original ad only had one photo-the one that was cropped-he added the plastic bag photo after the bid ended. That's not misleading?

"There is nothing misleading, in fact there is a perfectly clear picture of what you are purchasing on his page. What are you, 14 years old? Grow up."
