Replacing the belt driven fan w/ an electric one.. (archive)

This would be on a 1990 M3. I have searched the archives, as well as I could, I guess. I saw alot of posts saying that getting rid of the belt driven fan and going to an electric setup is good, and I agree. However, I have not found a description of how to wire it, if there is an "accepted" method and list of parts for this project. Thanks.
