what mods if any do we need to put 18" wheels on our cars?
if it is possible what size will fit, 7", 8" wide and what size tires should be run with the wheels

It is basically the same as running a 17" that's 7" or 8" wide. Tires should be from 215/35/18 to 235/35/18. With 215 and 225 you won't rub if you use the right offset. With a 235 you need to roll your fender lips for extra insurance.
