I don't know where you live, but in my area of the country nice E30 M3s with 65-70k miles go for about 14-15k. Then you have to spend who knows how much fixing all the little things that go wrong over the next year or 2. So that's a starting point. Now go and replace EVERY little bit and piece on the car so that everything is 100% perfect and the car is as good as new. Are you still saying the car is worth 14k? Not around here ... my friend just sold one 2 months ago for 18k ... very similar to mine ...

As far as HP ... I'm talking crank not wheel HP. A stock 88 M3 has 192 HP ... with the Jim C chip that becomes 200+. Ask him for a dyno chart...
