Is there is a special spark plug tool for the E30 M3? My standard 18mm spark plug socket diameter is about 1mm too big to fit down the #^&$%( hole and I can not find anything else that will work. The plug tool in my trunk tool kit seems to be one from a regular E30 and won't work and cussing at the plugs doesn't do much better. I just had to find this out after I had already taken everything apart ;^)A little help?
Thanks.

Just installed new cap, rotor and wires but the plugs are still in the box!
Sorry for the late response. Brandon, I'm sure you must know about Double 02 (510-782-2002) in Hayward...they have every frickin part/tool for BMW's. Give them a call, I'm sure they can dig up an old OEM spark plug tool. Worse comes to worse, let me know and I'll let you borrow mine.
Joe
